Phil – I’ll be back in Goldfield in a month or so. If you remind me, we can make a sked. It’s not a ‘gimme’ that we can make the QSO – generally requires back scatter since we would be fairly close for regular skip distance. But I did work some W6s on 15m, so you never know. At a minimum the signals would probably be fairly weak and fluttery.

Jim K6ZH a.k.a. KG7NV

Comments:

My My, what variable condx! Nothing at all on 10m. Took a long time for 15
to open. Condx were never more than fair here on 15 and 20. But 40 and 80
were really hot, even though I had some local QRN to deal with. Had some
very nice runs.

Worked every state, all of the 'regular' Canadian provinces except VE4, and
more than the 10 DX mults.

One of our better efforts from NVESM.

Equipment: K3, KPA-500, KAT-500, 3 element tri-bander, and 40/80 inverted
vees at 40 feet in Goldfield, NV.

Tnx all, 73 - Jim K6ZH & Bud N7CW
