[SD-User] Assistance Required with Super Check

I am having problems with super check in V9.82.  Super is on in the status
menu.  If I type in EI5D the top LH window shows Prefix - EI5D with nothing
listed underneath.  If I hit F12 I see a list of the EI5D calls.  I think I
may have reached saturation point in my preparation for this weekend so what
am I doing wrong ??  Seems to work sometime depending on previous
keystrokes.
I think we also need some information on the new reflector in what words we
can and cannot use.
