[sd-user] IOTA Contest - SDI V9.82

SDI (SD for IOTA) V9.82 is freeware and anyone may use it - no key
file is required. It may be downloaded from www.ei5di.com.  As always,
keep a copy of whatever version of SDI you've used until now - as
insurance!

These release notes apply to SDI only.  V9.82 of my other loggers will
be uploaded on 1st August.

SDI - IOTA Contest.
    With Log on Enter enabled, any attempt to log a
    different IOTA Reference for an island station
    already logged caused SDI to lock up (loop). Fixed.

Log On Enter - all programs.
    L (followed) by Enter does the same as LOGONENTER,
    it toggles Log on Enter On and Off. If you're not
    familiar with Log on Enter's effect, it's safer to
    leave it Off.  You can check its status with the
    STATUS command.

CWAUTO - all programs.
    The commands CWAUTO, AUTOCW and A (followed by Enter)
    all toggle Auto CW On and Off - A is recommended as
    the fastest option.  You'll know the status of Auto
    CW by the colour of the CW speed display below the
    callsign field - Bright = On, and Dim = Off.

    With Auto CW enabled, a duplicate callsign followed
    by Enter now plays Memory 4 (F4).  If you are happy
    to log dupes, make your F4 memory the same as your
    F2 memory - using Shift_F4.  Otherwise, set F4 to your
    dupe message (with #E as the last parameter).  Press
    Enter, in the empty Serial Received field, to clear
    the logging line whenever a dupe is indicated.

    Here's a summary of single-letter commands and their
    equivalent - when followed by Enter.
