[SD-User] RSGB1.8 MHz Contest Setup

I am the adjudicator for the 1.8MHz contests. I started with the 2001 1st
1.8MHz contest.
That contest was checked using the DXCC countries list and I stated in my
review that SD users should use the DXCC.CTY file instead of the RSGB.CTY
file.   THAT WAS A MISTAKE.
It is quite clear that all RSGB contests (with a few listed exceptions)
should be scored in SD using RSGB.CTY.
The 1.8MHz contest last weekend and all subsequent contests will be checked
using RSGB countries list.
I mention this on the SD-USER reflector because this simple choice (DXCC or
RSGB) is one of SD's strengths.
Funny that nobody has mentioned this error until now!
When setting up SD for an RSGB contest with multipliers you should (nearly)
always use RSGB.CTY
