[SD-User] SD in SSB Field Day

If you've used SDCHECK to prepare your entry for the RSGB, you'll see
that the multiplier prefixes listed in your .LOG file do not
correspond to the callsigns logged.

The reason is that SD uses DXCC.CTY as its country reference, but
SDCHECK used CQWW.CTY (it should also use DXCC.CTY).

I've fixed SDCHECK, and you can download the new version from
