[SD-User] HOLYLAND.MLT

HI !

I wonder if anyone has a valid HOLYLAND.MLT file. The file that comes with
SD is not good... the regions are NOT the multipliers! The multiplier is
formed by the area such as E14TA, E15TA, J29BS, N01HG, N04HG, etc. I tried
to change the original .MLT file by adding all the different areas but when
I run SD I get an error 5...
Anyone can help (contest is on April 20th...)
