For non-W/VE, it's easy.

Select SD Type 4 - General, Area Multipliers.
ARRL as your .MLT file, and 2 points per QSO.
Work W/VE only, and log RST and ARRL section.

Anyone can use Type 4 in the latest version of
SD, even if you're not currently registered.

I'll post info for W/VE before the start of
the contest.
