Arno DL1CW discovered that, for single-mode entries with the
setup I described, /T and /N USA QSOs (Techicians & Novices)
were scored as 4 points rather than 8.

Here's an alternative setup for single-mode entries that
scores correctly.

Select Type 10 - General, County and Area Multipliers.
