[SD-User] Baltic

Has anyone had any probs after putting the BATLIC.CTY file into SD that =
is on the SD web site??? I put it into SD and now if I try to set up SD =
for the Baltic test as per instructions after I have got to the Baltic. =
CTY line SD just packs in and goes back to my desktop (running under =
windows 98) Any one and idea's
