Oceania Contest:
    SDCHECK updated to give correct file names on 
    Cabrillo logs.

    For entrants outside Oceania, SD changes the colour
    of any non-Oceania callsign to red - as it already
    does for potential dupes.

Rig Control - All programs.
    In 9.93, I took preliminary steps to enable a
    single serial port to be used for both rig control
    and keying.  In particular, when opening a port
    for rig control, I suppressed RTS and DTR signals.

    This worked OK for most users, but not for those
    who used RTS or DTR to power other circuits from
    the serial port.

    For the moment, I've restored RTS and DTR.
