How about opening the CSV file in Excel, massaging the fields you require 
and saving as CSV again. Then open in Wordpad and automatically replace all 
the commas with spaces?

Alternatively, KA5WSS has some freeware log manipulation tools. A Google 
search will get you to his site quickly.
