V9.99 19 February 2003

SDU - UBA Contest.
For QSOs with ON stations, you have the option of
logging both the serial and the province in the
   "serial" field.

ARRL DX Contest.
ADIF logs (from SDCHECK) omitted the State. Fixed.

Broken code in V9.98, relating to logging serial
and area code in a single field, caused dupes to be
wiped in ARRL DX, even if you intended to log them.
    Fixed.

Callsign (.LST) Databases.
You can use them (with the LOAD command) for
lookup either by callsign or by membership number.

    For example, with -

       EI5DI Paul 716
       716 Paul EI5DI

If you type EI5DI, "Paul 716" is displayed and if
you type 716, "Paul EI5DI" is displayed.

However, in the second case, if you then press
Enter, the callsign is extracted and placed in
the callsign field. You can then press F9 (if
SD hasn't done it already - depending on the
contest type) to see what bands you need EI5DI
on. For this to work, the callsign must be the
last, or the only field in the record - apart
    from the membership number.

Rig Control.
With rig control enabled, the frequency display
is cleared when the link is not operational for
any reason - for example, while continuously
    tuning.

It is intended to alert you if SD doesn't follow
band changes - this can happen when you change
band and start tuning (changing rig frequency)
before SD displays the new band and frequency.

HUNGARY.MLT.
Updated with membership numbers (all multipliers),
for the Hungarian DX contest. Enter membership
numbers under 100 with leading zeros.
    Thanks YO9FYP
