[SD-User] IOTA - Last-Minute Information.

When logging Island references, SDI checks that the
continent in the reference matches the continent
corresponding to the callsign - and does not let you
log the QSO otherwise.

If this happens to you, then change the continent in
the IOTA reference as SDI requires and make a note of
what you've done.

I've updated SDI to remove this restriction - it now
accepts any IOTA reference even if the continents do
not match.
