I'm also using SD-Win with Windows XP, but all characters
display as expected - and also under Windows 98.  This
problem you're experiencing may be specific to your PC,
I can't tell for sure, or to whatever keyboard driver
it's using.

I'm not sure what to suggest, but please let me know if
you hear similar reports from others.
