SD - RSGB AFS and Club Championship.
    Type 11 now operates as follows.
       Option A:  Unrestricted - for RSGB AFS.
       Option C:  Unrestricted - for RSGB Club
                  Championship (new events for 2004).
       Option G - Unrestricted - General Purpose,
                  No multipliers.
       Options L (Locators), and R (RoPoCo) are limited
       to 30 QSOs for unregistered users. 

    SDCHECK gives the recommended Cabrillo log files for
    Options A and C.

SD - LZ DX Contest:
    Updated to support new rules. QSOs are scored
    correctly and multipliers tracked at all times.
    SDCHECK gives a correctly formatted Cabrillo log.
    Use SD Type 3, and select "L".  LZDX.MLT supplied
    to support this option.

RSGB 1.8MHz contest - Type 10 with Bonus points.
    Fixed display of points for bonus QSOs.

RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest.
    SDCHECK updated to give the RSGB Cabrillo log
    format for UK entrants.

SD/WIN.
    Corrected format of Points/QSO in the QSO Rate
    window.

    Fixed non-display of CQ Zone corresponding to
    callsign (while still in the callsign field).
    This was OK in SD/DOS.
