    Fixed QSO Rate analysis.

    Added LPT2 keyer option. It's not tested as I have
    no PCs with LPT2 installed.

V10.16         22 April 2004

European Union Contest.
    A once-off contest, organised by the UBA, to
    celebrate the enlargement of the European Union
    from 15 to 25 member states on 1st May 2004.

    SD updated and EURO.CTY file supplied.
