[SD-User] VHF NFD - serial number sequence

Not sure if I am missing something:

when using SDV,the first time it ran, it asked if the
serial number sequence was per band or not. I chose not
(increment consecutively no matter what band used). When I
exited SDV for several hours (and powered off the PC), and
then went back in, the option was missing, and SDV had
defaulted to a seperate serial number sequence on each
band.

I couldn't find a way round this. Have I missed something?
