[SD-User] Log Activation

Hi,

Just received a message seemingly from the IOTA contest admin team telling
me my log has not been activated and pointing me to a web address to do
this.

First time I've submitted a Cabrillo log, is this normal?  There wasn't
anything in the contest info that mentioned this requirement when emailing
logs.

Paranoia rules, OK!  So much un-good stuff out there.
