You can use any of the Icom .SD rig contol files - with a
simple edit.  The only difference between them is the rig
"address".

For the IC737 it's 3C (Hex) or 060 decimal.  Please confirm
this by checking the manual for your rig - it might be
different for the 737A.

Here's what you do.

Take a copy of IC746.SD and name it as IC737.SD.
Change the first 3 characters on Record 2 from 086
to 060, and save the change.
