I've updated DXCC.CTY as per AD1C's release notes.  You
can download it from www.ei5di.com/sd/dxcc.zip (12601 bytes).

This is for W/VE users of SD in ARRL DX at the weekend.  If
you're not in W or VE, you won't need it right now.
