Use SDCHECK Option 1 to create your .LOG file in Cabrillo
Format.
  Contest Name     : JIDX-PH  (edit SDCHECK's JIDX-SSB)
  Log Serial Sent  : N
  Fixed Exchange   : Your CQ Zone
  Log Serial Rcvd  : N

If you enjoyed using SD in this contest, please say so in the
Cabrillo Comments section.

Rename your log to YOURCALL.LOG and email it, as an attached
file, to jidx-ph at jidx.org.
