The Oceania DX SSB contest takes place from 0800 UTC Saturday 2nd October
to 0759 UTC Sunday 3rd October.

SD supports this contest directly - full rules at
http://www.nzart.org.nz/nzart/Update/Contests/Oceania/2004_oceania_rules.pdf

SD is freeware from www.ei5di.com - it runs on any Windows PC.

Select SD Type 6, General - Prefix Multipliers
Mode : SSB
WPX/Oceania/Asia : O

Exchange 59 + Serial. Oceania stations work everyone, and non-Oceania
stations work Oceania only. If you're outside Oceania, and you're not
sure what's OK to work and what's not, don't worry - because SD shows
inappropriate callsigns in red as you enter prefixes. You can use Esc
to quickly clear them.

It's an all-band contest, from 10 to 160m, and SD scores valid
QSOs as 20 points on 160m, 10 on 80m, 5 on 40m, 1 on 20m,
2 on 15m and 3 on 10m.

After the contest, use SDCHECK, Option 1, to create your .LOG file
in Cabrillo format. Rename it with the call you used for the
contest, and email it as an attached file to ph at oceaniadxcontest.com.

73,
Paul EI5DI
