[SD-User] no cw keying

Hi,
I am for some time trying to use SD, had the same
problem with SDX during my VK/ZL expedition in 2002:
CW interface according to instructions, works fine
with CT and with the old QW program, but not with SD,
even when the screen tells me CW is being sent, no
keying occurs on the LPT port.
Any help will be appreciated
