[SD-User] PTT Line locking

Hello All.

I am still having problems with the PTT line locking my rig into transmit 
when I first open SD. If I type the "PORTS" command and keep hitting the 
"ENTER" key it releases the PTT line and all is then fine.

I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem as this is also happening 
to couple of my friends as well.
