[SD-User] SD 12.06 and Win 95 - is it feasible? - the solution!

I got an email from paul EI5DI advising me to use the FORCENUM command,
which solves the problem completely, thanks once again Paul – great
support!
 
Hi all
I decided to push my luck and install SD 12.06 on my rather old 486
laptop with Windows 95.  Amazingly enough it all works well, including
winkey except for one problem.  If I have caps lock ON I can’t enter the
numbers in callsigns if it is OFF the function keys won’t send the CW
messages.
 
Is it supposed to work with Win 95? Or am I expecting too much :0)
