I'm experimenting with new features which show time since
last QSO, or since the first QSO on the current band, or
since the first QSO on the current band and mode (for
mixed-mode events only)

The timer displays are toggled with the commands QSOTIME,
BANDTIME and BANDMODETIME.  The display is cancelled by
repeating the appropriate command.

When SD is started, or re-started, all three times are
reset.

I'm wondering how best to visually display the status of
the timer display - should it be by colour or some other
indicator?  Any suggestions?
