I should have mentioned that the Multiplier files on
the WWDXC.org web site contains all the rules for the
contest and the setup info for SD. You will need to
print them as they also contain the list of counties
and there abbreviations for the program. Also the
multiplier files are different for Washington stations
and non Washington stations.
