Many thanks - this "bug" was caused by a missing entry for
OR5 in the UBA.CTY multiplier reference file, and SDU did
not recognise OR5 as a Belgian call.

Please let me know if there are other missing Belgian prefixes,
and I will update UBA.CTY.
