SDV - Post Contest Mode:
    The QSO time did not display when entered.  Fixed.

    Tidied the routine which asks for the logging
    date.

SDVCHECK - ADIF:
    For the second and subsequent QSOs, the previous
    QSO's locator appeared after Serial Sent in the
    <STX> field.  Fixed.

SD:
    Added template for the ARI 40/80m contest. Thanks
    IZ2EJU.

    Fixed multiplier count in Score window where mults
    count separately on both modes.
