SD - Templates:
    Fixed bug which made it impossible to select some
    templates - depending on the value for "border"
    (0 - 3) as selected with the BORDER command.

    DARC XMAS Contest - template and .MLT files
    supplied. Thanks Les G4OGB.

ESM - Enter Sends Message:
    This is already implemented as Auto CW.  The term
    Enter Sends Message is more meaningful, and all
    references to Auto CW have been changed to ESM.
    ESM is toggled, as always, with Apostrophe.

    When On, and mode is CW, the mode is displayed as
    ECW.  

REF - French Side:
    Fixed incorrect scoring by updating the template
    QREFF.TPL
