[SD-User] WinKey 1 in V13.04

With WinKey 1, the time display froze after any message
playback, although keying continued normally and QSOs were
logged with the correct time.  WinKey 2 was not affected. 

It's been fixed by setting a longer response time after
interrogating WinKey's status.

Updated versions of SD.EXE and SDI.EXE are available from
www.ei5di.com/sd/sdexe.zip and www.ei5di.com/sd/sdiexe.zip.
