NRRL Fylkestest:
    Updated the Cabrillo option in SDCHECK to
    support this event.

    Fixed exchange error when in S&P mode.

Rig Control:
    At times, SD and SDX would not display the
    correct band.  Fixed.

Date & Time:
    Fixed a bug which caused the clock to stop at
    midnight.
