[SD-User] interfacing Orion

I an trying to interface a Ten Tec Orion 1 running V2.04b3 firmware to my
computer running XP Home. The system worked OK running SD13.13 to an ICOM
761.

I have upgraded to SD13.15 and am directly connecting between the serial
ports on the computer and Orion.
What am I doing wrong? The only thing I cannot see at the moment is the BPS
setting. Radio link is enabled.
