[SD-User] 1st 160M test - no county code in ESM?

Hi

Had a peculiar problem with V13.14, with my county code in F2, 599 ser KY
would be sent if the F2 key was pressed in none ESM mode.  If in ESM mode
only 599 ser was being sent.  I.e. no county code.

Anyone else have the problem or is it some setting I have missed?

Some testing showed that any plain text in F2 was not sent at all when using
the Enter Sends Message mode.
