[SD-User] SD .all file into Shacklog

Your subject line tells us all Brian. You need to export your contest 
file as an ADIF file from SDCHECK, then import that into your logging 
program. I would not expect Shacklog to support SD's .ALL format, and 
if it did this has totally changed from v13.01.
