That has happened because TO6T is not present in the REFDX.CTY
file (for whatever reason), and SD couldn't identify the
country.

In those circumstances, SD shouldn't flag it as a mult, but
that's another matter!

All you have to do is correct your claimed score in the
Cabrillo log.  There's nothing required with the QSO
because Cabrillo logs are rescored independently by REF.
