    Restored "Own Locator" on the logging screen.

    Band-change commands did not work.  Fixed.

SD:
    Added support and templates for SEEAC, the
    South East European Activity Contest.  You
    heard about it here first! 

    Added support and template for the ARI Sezioni
    Contest - thanks IZ2EZU.

Rig Control:
    Added support for FT2000.    

9A CW Contest:
    Corrected the scoring for QSOs with 9A.

Stew Perry Topband Challenge.
    Fixed the Cabrillo QSO records.

    Fixed a display error in grid squares received,
    and another when tabbing from the grid square
    to the callsign field.

SDU - UBA Contest:
    Updated scoring and UBA.CTY for the two new
    European Union countries, LZ & YO.
