IARU HF Championship:
    HQ Auto-fill did not work when INS was selected
    for data entry.  Fixed.

    Updated IARU.REF.  Some on-air HQ initials 
    differed from the "official" initials.

Internal CW Keyer:
    Fixed PTT for message playback from serial
    ports - WinKey was not affected.

    Fixed PTT for Keyboard Mode from parallel
    ports.
