CQIR - Ireland Calling - 29/30 September:
    Updated SDCHECK to simplify the Cabrillo log
    option.

RDA (Russian District Award) Contest:
    On a callsign match, for DX entrants, the
    district code was shown in the wrong position
    on the logging line.  Fixed.
