[SD-User] Name File

I want to see and send names on SD when I am working someone I know and my old grey cells dont help me as much now adays in remembering peoples names so has anyone got an up to date (reasonably) name file that works with SD so that if I work G4RCG then it will show/send  John?
I once asked about this and Paul EI5DI said that this is a file that is built up manually? so has anyone on the reflector got one I can use and possibly edit for my own use?
