[SD-User] CW speed control

Hello !
  I have tried both 13.37 and 13.38, they work OK as usual, but...
  I cannot change winkey speed by pot when there is anything in the call field.
  In 13.34 the pot speed control is OK in every case, with call field empty, or full,
  or with cursor in exch field ecc.
  Yes, maybe it is not very important, I can use PgUp/PgDn instead of turning
  the pot, but habits are hard to change ! And looking at pot position, I can 
  always have an idea of how much I am changing my speed, while with keyboard it is not so simple.
  Can I hope to see restored the speed change as in 13.34 ?
