WinKey Speed Changes:
    Users have reported ongoing problems with speed
    changes on WinKey using both SD's keyboard speed-
    change characters and WinKey's speed-control pot.
    After going round in circles on this one, I have
    decided that, for the moment, the only reliable
    way I can control WinKey's speed is with the pot.

    The speed change keys are ignored when WinKey is
    enabled.

    If you don't use WinKey, you don't need v13.39
