	When I use the CTRL key or ALT-K to toggle into keyboard mode, I get a
locked key, the DTR line goes high and stays there. In log mode the keyer
works as expected. Any suggestions as to what I might have wrong in the
setup or what the problem might be? The OS is WinXP SP2.
