You may have more than one copy of SD.EXE on your PC, in a 
separate folder - not the same as the one with FOC.LST.

The simplest way to solve this is to download the latest
version of SD from www.ei5di.com - and accept all the
installation defaults.  This will put SD, and the coresponding
startup icon, in your C:\SD folder.  Make sure you have
FOC.LST in the same folder.  When SD starts, use the LOAD
command - and respond with FOC (no extension).  You only
have to do this once.  Every time you start SD, FOC.LST
will be loaded.
