Asia Pacific (AP) stations work everyone.  Others work
AP only.  AP countries include Japan, China, Australia
and many others.  When SD shows the callsign or prefix
in red, you can't work it for points - otherwise it's
OK to call.

Exchange 59 + serial.  Mults are prefixes - they count
once only.

Use SDCHECK to create your Cabrillo .LOG file and send
it to apsprint at jsfc.org.  Please mention SD in your
Cabrillo soapbox comments - this encourages others to
try it.
