Yes, it is.  I have recently updated the .CTY files, and
the latest BERU.CTY is included in www.ei5di.com/sd/cty.zip.

It contains entries for some HQ stations that were active
in previous years. However, these are not necessary since
SDC automatically adds a record for any station you log
where HQ is included.

Please try to break SDC before the contest, and let me
know if you see any problems.  Some older versions are
always available from www.ei5di.com/sd/vaults.
