SDC, in common with SD and the other programs, creates
a separate audit file for every contest.  The audit file,
with a .AUD extension, records every QSO and every edit,
or attempted edit, in the exact sequence they occurred.

Please send me your .ALL and .AUD file, and I will make
sure they correspond.
