[SD-User] Slight problem with NRRL County Test

Hi

I've tried to make myself familiar with SD and its functionality for the 
NRRL County Test (Fylkestest). One small problem: I live in one of those
counties with an 'ø' in it. At the initial prompt:
"Enter your County Code :", I want to enter "SØR", but SD won't accept 
the 'Ø'.
