[SD-User] Priority

Hello All

Just got back on the air after 18 months of building work & a bad 
Winter. The latest version of SD seems to have a lot of new touches 
compared to my last version.

One command has always puzzled me, what does the Priority command do?  
Does it have anything to do with the program or is it just for the 
Windows operating system?
