Portugal Day Contest.
    Updated templates, multiplier reference file,
    and source code to support new rules and
    scoring - in particular, each district code
    multiplier counts 5 times.

WinKey:
    The WPM speed display froze after a few
    hours - although speed control was not
    affected.  Fixed.

    Fixed some spurious WinKey error messages,
    which were accompanied by erratic keying.

    Fixed the routine (Shift-F1 etc.) to update
    keyer memories - the cursor remains in the
    empty callsign field, with no spurious
    keying on completion of editing.

    Fixed the operation of the Previous Serial
    (#P) keyer memory parameter.

Check Partial Window:
    Again, after some hours of operation, the
    Check Partial display failed, and the
    band/multiplier & bands-worked analysis
    (under the callsign) was incorrect. Fixed.
